Panda meat, anyone?

Pic 1376 - 1378.

Panda meat anyone?
No?

If you are horrified at the thought of eating a panda, you should be just as horrified about eating tuna.
Or cod.
Or shark fin.
Or any endangered animals.

Yes, now you see, there are double standards the world maintains toward endangered animals...

Well, ok, you don’t eat shark fin soup. You don’t eat turtle.
But how about cod? And tuna? Wait..., tuna?

Be informed.

...and decide for yourself. And for your children.
And for the next generation.

Ps. No animals of any kind were harmed in this project.

hi Owly, no worries, there was no panda harm at all... the cans are all fake. killing panda is illegal...

the organiser just wants to open our eyes that we apply double standards - we definitely wont eat panda, but why do we eat shark fin soup, while both panda and sharks are endangered...? and why do we eat other endagered animals such as tuna, which we've never realised it...

actually, there are couple fish that are endangered that we commonly found in Singapore seafood table: groupers, tiger shrimps among other. and stingray too, start to get less and less, even tho not yet categorised as endangered...

Happy to read that it was fake. Why appall people with anything like that, just wondering?

... because so many people think it's ok to eat endagered animals such as shark, tuna, cod. it's not ok to eat them. if you are horrified to see a can of 'panda meat', logically you should be horrified to see a can of tuna Liisa...

how are you btw? long time :) i am sure Finland is so beautiful these days.. :) different from the time i was there..

This is stupid, even if pandas weren't endagered, most people wouldn't eat them, people wouldn't eat panda meat because no one wants to eat bears, tuna is a fish, stop trying to prove points without any logic behind it. It would be much better just to inform people that the tuna is in fact endagered, with evidence to it back up.
